Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026.
Scope
This policy covers orryelor.com: public pages, writing, the RSS feed, the contact form, and any training or health summaries Orry chooses to publish.
Information collected
- Contact form: name, email address, organization or affiliation, reason for reaching out, message text, and policy acknowledgement.
- Public content interaction: normal web requests for public pages, images, RSS, and source links.
- Technical logs: hosting providers may retain IP addresses, user-agent strings, request paths, timestamps, security events, deployment logs, and error logs.
How information is used
- To respond to employer, sponsor, nonprofit, media, coaching, or collaboration inquiries.
- To operate the site, protect it from spam and abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- To keep public writing, RSS entries, source pages, and site security working.
Service providers
The site uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and security. The contact form may relay submissions through a configured form or email provider, which processes that information under its own terms and policies.
Email and contact routing
The public site does not print a raw email address. Contact messages are submitted through a form instead. Messages are ordinary email-style submissions, not confidential communications. Do not send emergency or highly sensitive information through the form.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
No custom advertising pixel or cross-site tracking script is intentionally included in the current public codebase. Hosting and security may still use cookies, session storage, or request logs when needed to provide the service. If analytics or other tracking is added later, this policy will be updated before or at launch.
No sale of personal information
This site is not designed to sell or share personal information. If analytics or data-sharing features are ever added, this policy will be reviewed and updated before launch.
Health and training summaries
Any training, nutrition, recovery, weight, or health-device summaries Orry chooses to publish are personal context from Orry, not advice for visitors. Do not submit your own health data through the general contact form.
Children and youth coaching
The public website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the general contact form. Youth coaching, school, clinic, or minor-participation inquiries should come from a parent, guardian, school, gym, or responsible adult organizer.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions and operational logs are retained only as long as needed for communication, security, troubleshooting, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and security controls appropriate for a lightweight public site. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Access, correction, deletion, and rights requests
Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or a privacy-related review of personal information submitted through the site. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Updates
This policy may be updated as hosting, analytics, email, coaching, sponsorship, or provider choices change.
